Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled or Freshers with AUTOCAD 2D & 3D / Knowledge Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing innovative construction techniques and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
– Conduct site inspections and oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and finalize project plans and schedules.
– Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, specifications, and progress reports.
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
– Implement and monitor project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
– Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
– Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory authorities, to keep them informed of project status and developments.
– Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with teams and stakeholders.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to incorporate into project planning and execution.
Requirements:
– Freshers can also apply.
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience (Freshers also can apply) in construction engineering or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi , Arabic is an advantage.
Salary:
AED 2,500 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
