Key Responsibilities
- Work on all contractual aspects of the airport project, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards and Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Prepared and presented detailed contract reports to senior management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior contract engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 6 – 12 years of proven experience in contract engineering, preferably in PMC and airport projects.
- Expert knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi contracting laws.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
General Requirements For Both Roles
- Experience working in PMC environments or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
