Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyze civil engineering projects, including roadways, bridges, and commercial buildings.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.
Work collaboratively with project teams and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to meet project goals.
Identify potential risks and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles, with a focus on superstructure experience.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and standards.
Proficient in using engineering design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
