STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES , a leading firm specializing in forensic engineering for heavy industrial structures, is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer to join our newly established Saudi Arabia engineering team. As the first engineer in this location, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the local construction team and take the initiative to develop and expand the engineering team over the next several years. Strong support and collaboration will be provided by our teams based in Houston, Chicago, and Baltimore.
STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES develops engineered solutions that sustain and enhance infrastructure across a broad range of end-user markets. We serve owners and managers of infrastructure, as well as designers, engineers, and general contractors, across the U.S. and in select international markets.
- Senior Engineer with degree in civil engineering, minimum 5 years working in the field of Concrete Assessment and Field investigation of civil structures of all aspects, and minimum 2 years expertise in the field of concrete laboratory testing activities.
- Sound expertise to responsibly elaborate proficient assessment documentation of assigned investigation projects. Develop & review all important project related documents such as preparation of testing plans, method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and checklist based on specifications of the project. Proficient in handling / issuing inspection requests, testing reports and site assessment reports.
- Familiar with major regulations and industry codes and standards for site condition surveys. Familiar with standard materials and methods of Evaluation and testing.
- Expertise to execute all condition assessment works effectively test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality on all investigation processes. Liaise with PM for submission of submittals and coordinate with the senior PE / PM In-charge for all assessment works.
- Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality testing procedures, and collaborate with clients and to maintain the quality of all testing services.
- Coordinate on site all concrete assessment works, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards. Monitor quality assurance for all continuous testing processes and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
