The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and processes in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
- Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to deliver high-quality designs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, documentation, and project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and advancements in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably within the machinery manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
