The Opportunity
Are you an experienced MEP Design Manager seeking a challenging role with a leading international construction specialist? Our client, a prominent player in the construction, infrastructure, and fit-out sectors, is expanding their Riyadh team and looking for a dynamic professional to lead their MEP design initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Oversee the development of comprehensive MEP designs, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.
Team Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with architectural, structural, and interior design departments to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all designs meet the company’s rigorous standards.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP design matters, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into functional designs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into the design process. Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
Experience: 15–25 years in MEP design, with at least 5 years in the Gulf region.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is a plus. Familiarity with industry-standard software and codes.
Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
Professional Membership: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. What’s On Offer
