Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Job Description
- QA/QC Leadership:
- • Lead the development and implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control inspection and engineering practices.
- • Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Inspection & Standards Compliance:
- • Conduct comprehensive civil site inspections in line with international quality standards including EN Euro Norms, BS/ISO standards, Saudi Standards, and Specifications.
- • Carry out thorough risk assessments before inspections and documentation.
- Incident Investigation & Corrective Actions:
- • Lead investigations in case of any QA/QC incidents by analyzing root causes and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety processes and QA/QC practices.
- • Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaboration:
- • Work closely with project management and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s/PhD is a plus).
- Experience:
- • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with hands-on QA/QC inspection and management.
- Skills & Competencies:
- • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, EN, BS, Saudi, ) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- • Proven ability to lead investigations and perform root cause analysis.
- • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
