Job Description:
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to prepare technical and commercial proposals for swimming pool projects. The role involves cost estimation, technical coordination, and client communication to ensure competitive and accurate project bids.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and prepare detailed proposals.
• Conduct cost estimation and liaise with suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical solutions.
• Present proposals to clients and support negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain proposal records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposals or estimation, preferably in swimming pool or construction industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
