We are looking for an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in cost estimation, bidding, and tendering for construction projects. If you have a strong background in preparing BOQs, cost analysis, and competitive bids, we encourage you to apply!🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies for tenders.
✅ Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope to determine costs.
✅ Work closely with procurement, subcontractors, and project teams for accurate pricing.
✅ Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
✅ Ensure compliance with tendering procedures, contracts, and industry regulations.
✅ Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid proposals.🔹 Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
🔸 8+ years experience in civil estimation, bidding, and tendering.
🔸 Proficiency in cost estimation software (Candy, CCS, or similar) and Excel-based BOQs.
🔸 Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or heavy civil projects.
🔸 Strong ability to analyze drawings, contracts, and tender documents.
🔸 Valid & Transferable Iqama (Mandatory).
