As an Architectural Engineer at Agility, you will be directly involved in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that they are functional, safe, and sustainable. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that meet both client requirements and building codes.Your Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD for precise technical drawings and Revit for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Prepare architectural drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and surveys.
- Perform structural, building systems, and energy analysis.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
- Develop conceptual sketches and detailed designs for warehouses, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
Construction Documentation
- Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data management using Excel.
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction administration support.
- Resolve construction issues and prepare change orders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Client Coordination
- ommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Manage the design and documentation process for assigned projects.

- Conduct site evaluations, including analyzing road elevations and proposing rearrangements to enhance access and efficiency.
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or a related area.
Your Proficiencies
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit software and Excel
Experience in warehouse design, layout planning, and general site estimation
Understanding of industrial and logistics facilities’ architectural requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
