Senior Planning Engineer (On-Site) – Jeddah and Riyadh
Responsibilities:
- Experience in project planning and scheduling in diversified engineering and construction of major/large projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, and deadlines
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to facilitate communication between stakeholders in projects, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure effective project execution
- Utilization of Critical Path Network Analysis. Capable of using project scheduling software in various Project Control software (Primavera P6), Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI, and reporting
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience in site supervision and construction management
- Ensure project schedules comply with industry standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Monitor program progress throughout all program lifecycle phases
- Perform all other position-related duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of planning and scheduling on relevant projects related to infrastructure, Residential, hospitality, hotel, and mixed-use developments, preferably in the GCC region
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office, and other relevant project management tools
- PMP or equivalent certifications are Preferable
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
