We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components for complex projects across various industries. You will lead technical teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive efficiency in all electrical engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, from concept to completion, for various projects.
- Oversee and manage electrical engineering aspects of projects, including planning, cost estimation, and execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Review and approve electrical system designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in systems and installations.
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on complex systems and project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, etc.) and simulation tools.
- Expertise in electrical system design, power distribution, and control systems.
- Experience with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, and NFPA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
