JOB PURPOSE:
Lead for Techno Commercial proposal preparation of renewable energy (Solar) projects for developing and delivering competitive PPP tenders in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing project designs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Should have proven track record in developing & implementing Giga power projects and systems for large organizations with demonstrated ability to build scalable systems from scratch
- Joint coordination in aligning the key objective of achieving best tariff/AEP, setting up the expectation of reaching common consensus among partner to win the deal.
- Conduct resource assessments, energy yield analysis, and performance simulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project designs, layouts, and technical configurations.
- Ensure integration of solar and BESS systems to maximize energy output and system reliability.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, codes, and standards for solar and BESS projects.
- Prepare technical documentation for permitting and regulatory approvals.
- Develop detailed technical inputs, specifications, and performance guarantees for tender submissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare comprehensive bid proposals.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers for technical clarifications and support.
- Facilitate technical discussions with Advisors, Partners, Contractors and Clients during tender process.
- Provide cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, for financial modeling of renewables projects (Solar).
- Identify and implement innovative renewable energy technologies and practices to enhance project competitiveness. Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solar and BESS projects during the tender phase.
- Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and tender-related documentation to Higher management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions for customers.
- Provide expert support and assistance Bidding Team, to improve quality, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance against agreed standards and guidelines.
- Manage change across the function to ensure effective processes are in place that support the adoption of new trends, developments, and technologies to deliver highly scalable systems.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support strategies, operational standard procedures, performance strategies, and configuration practices and processes to support consistency of practice.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: B. Tech/ M. Tech preferably in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience: 10-12 years.
