qualification:
• a diploma or degree in electrical engineering
• minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong understanding of electrical system design and implementation.
key responsibilities:
• design, develop, and implement electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• conduct electrical system analysis, including load calculations, circuit design, and fault analysis.
• oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• ensure electrical systems are maintained in compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and other applicable standards.
• provide technical support during the construction and operation phases of projects.
• troubleshoot electrical system issues and recommend solutions for improvements.
• prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• collaborate with other engineering teams (e.g., civil, mechanical) to integrate electrical designs with other systems.
• perform inspections and ensure quality control on electrical components and installations.
• monitor and control project timelines and budgets for electrical works.
skills:
• in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes.
• familiarity with qa/qc processes and documentation in electrical construction projects.
• strong experience with testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ms office, autocad).
• excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• strong communication and coordination abilities.
