Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of architectural and engineering tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process, including the development of plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee civil engineering aspects of projects, including site planning, structural design, and infrastructure development.
- Monitor and guide construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Explore and implement sustainable design principles and innovative technologies in projects.
- Adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural and civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and technologies is a plus.
- Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, etc.) are highly valued.
