- Ensure timely completion of objectives and organization projects that support the organization strategies and initiatives.

- Ensures the development and implementation of effective reconciliation and work flow activities to ensure accuracy.
- Provide appropriate level of supervision, oversee and monitor department activities to ensure function is fully operational, achieving objectives and compliant.
- Directs and evaluates departmental activities to ensure continuous improvement of programs and services.
- Ensure policies and processes reflect most current appropriate business and compliance practices.
- Plans, develops, recommends, and oversees the implementation of short and long-term strategies, goals and objectives, new programs and service initiatives for each section as well as the department.
- Mentor, coach, and counsel department leadership to ensure best practices, professional growth, and accountability for achievement of goals.
- Provide leadership to the contracts department teams and fosters team performance.
- Coordinates and ensures appropriate staffing of the contracts department.
- Plans contracts department trainings, knowledge sharing and culture transformation.
- Manages the performance assessment and career development of all direct reports and their staff.
- Develop high level contracts risk management when needed.
- Serving in an advisory capacity to the Management Board or their designee.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English and Arabic written and spoken skills.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in EPC Projects in power or industrial projects.
- Sufficient knowledge of Project Finance/IPP/PPA.
- Experience in administration of complex construction contracts involving multi-tier relationships.
- Experience in claims management including formulating, review and assessment.
- Position to be based in head office with the possibility of requirement to relocate to Saudia Arabia.
