Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled Planning Engineer or Planner Scheduler to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Primavera P6 and Excel and be able to demonstrate their expertise during the interview process. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and play a key role in driving project success.

⁦Responsibilities⁩

⁦- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.

– Prepare and maintain baseline schedules, including resource-loaded baselines.

– Create recovery plans as necessary to mitigate project delays.

– Collaborate with project teams to identify user requirements and enhance production systems for maximum efficiency.

– Monitor and report project progress, providing detailed updates to stakeholders.

– Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

⁦⁩Qualifications

– Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel is essential. Candidates will need to demonstrate their capabilities during the interview.

– Must have independently handled the entire planning process for at least two projects from start to finish.

– Experience in preparing baselines, resource-loaded baselines, and recovery plans is highly preferred.

– Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
