Job Description
- Oversee the entire Inspection process to ensure compliance with the Project’s standards and objectives.
- Manage teams of inspectors, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate inspection schedules to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of Inspection reports and initiate validation inspection visits when necessary.
- Handle complaints from the public related to Inspection activities and initiate appropriate actions in response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably civil discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience working in inspection field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively and interact with stakeholders
- Ability to work under stress and handle challenging situations
- Must be certified as a Field Inspector by the Saudi Authority for Engineers
- This role is only open for Saudi nationals. Candidates should be based on Jazan, Najran or nearby cities.
- Valid driving license is required.
