Roles & Responsibilities
Support Logistics Manager to Plan, monitor and implement the Project Logistics Management Plan.
· Work closely with other team members to ensure successful project execution.
· Ensure the site activities are carried out as per the specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
· Create a secure site and implement site logistics, traffic management, storage areas, warehouses, logistic supports, and other temporary facilities.
· Custodian of the manpower deployment for logistics and ensuring that safety standards are followed.
· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance Logistics efficiency and effectiveness. Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in Logistics practices.
· Should be able to understand site drawings and use them in the line of work.
· Plan and Schedule logistics equipment like Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Material Hoist, Boom loader, Forklift, Skid Steer loader.
· Manage leased vehicles. Mobilization, de-mobilization, replacements, maintenance follow-up etc.
· Scaffolding platform and fencing knowledge for access preparations.
· Prepare daily work management reports and other reports required by management.
· Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree,
Engineering Degree is an added advantage
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years
SKILLS:
MS office (Excel, PowerPoint),
Auto-CAD knowledge is an added advantage

Decision making skill, Team management, Leadership, Attention to detail, Adherence to timeline
