We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee a multi billion mixed-use building development based in KSA. The Project Director will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
– Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, effectively mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
– Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
– Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
– Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
– Mentor and lead project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
– Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the strategic planning process.
– Participate in negotiations with clients and contractors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
– Minimum of 25 years of experience in project management and construction delivery
– Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
– Experience working with tier one contracting or development firms
– Experience delivering mixed-use, residential or hospitality building projects
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
– Willingness to work on a single status basis.
Salary:
SAR 90,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
