Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Mega Projects, demonstrating extensive hands-on expertise in large-scale, complex projects.
- Design & Site Supervision: Proven skills in both MECHANICAL system design and site supervision, with a strong ability to oversee and coordinate all aspects of MECHANICAL installations.
- Electrical Engineering Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Engineering, including high and low voltage systems, power distribution, control systems, lighting systems, and low current systems. A solid understanding of all related technical aspects, including industry standards and best practices.
- Infrastructure & Plumbing: Extensive expertise in infrastructure systems, including water supply and drainage systems, sewage treatment, distillation stations, and plumbing networks. Ability to design, implement, and maintain all associated systems effectively.
- HVAC Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, covering design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all types of HVAC systems.
- Self-Sufficiency: Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously in a stand-alone environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all MECHANICAL-related activities across projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Design & Implementation: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MECHANICAL systems, ensuring they meet the project requirements and industry regulations.
- Site Supervision: Supervise on-site MECHANICAL installations, conducting regular inspections to ensure work is completed to high standards and identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring the efficient integration of MECHANICAL systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MECHANICAL systems with other building components and project elements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MECHANICAL-related activities, including design changes, site inspections, and progress reports.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all MECHANICAL work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment on-site.
