Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Resident Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical/ICA) specializing in Water infrastructure projects to join our team as part of a tender submission on projects based in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for support of project execution in their respective disciplines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee discipline-specific construction activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control.
Key Requirements:
- BSc in respective engineering discipline.
- Chartered status is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with 10 years in discipline-specific roles.
- Preferably, to have experience in Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC)
- Good understanding of various form of contracts used in construction industry
- Familiar with relevant standards, codes and regulations
- Good ability to understands engineering drawings
- Good understanding of technical requirement on mechanical assets
- Good communication skill with various stakeholders in the construction environment
- Ability to cooperate and interact with other disciplines
- Ability to provide site supervision to all site staffs
- Able to document all matters on site and producing detailed reports including making recommendations
- Proven track record in successfully managing water infrastructure engineering projects of varying complexity.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project milestones.
