We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for the prestigious NEOM Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Role Description
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
✔ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project milestones.
✔ Monitor project progress, identify delays, and provide mitigation strategies.
✔ Analyze and report project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
✔ Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
✔ Ensure compliance with contractual, client, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Conduct risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
🔹 Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning & scheduling, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects.
🔹 Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
🔹 Experience working on mega projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
🔹 Knowledge of NEOM standards and procedures is an advantage.
