We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site engineer in our reputed construction company to join our team in Riyadh.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the project discipline works are executed in accordance with the relevant contract documents inclusive of discipline drawings, specifications, BOQ, main contractor program and any superseding documents all in coordination with the other disciplines.
Ensures that the Mechanical works are executed efficiently within the approved cost and time constraint and quality.
Ensures the satisfaction of the client, consultant and main contractor and MEP project manager.
Verify mechanical material procurement, submittal schedules, mechanical shop drawings schedules.
Review and sign-off mechanical material technical submittals and material requisitions before issuances.
Skills & Requirements:
Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Have experience in constriction government buildings.
- 5 years’ experience as site engineer.
- Strong Knowledge of All Mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, pumping, plumping and piping & networks)
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures and material properties.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, control, regulatory approvals, etc.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving orientation and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Have a good knowledge of finishing and electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical standards and quality.
Study and review all the mechanical design calculations for the project.
