Job Summary:
The Project Manager (Civil – Construction) will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with NHC’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and address any construction-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Contract Management: Review and manage contracts with contractors and vendors. Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes or claims.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure financial control. Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- HSE Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is an advantage.

- Experience working with real estate development companies or government housing projects.
- Strong ability to manage time-sensitive projects and ensure timely delivery.
