Position: Construction Manager – Foundation (Structural)
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia – Remote Area
Sector: Construction & Infrastructure – Mega Dam Project
Our client is highly regarded for their significant contributions to Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure development. Their expertise in large-scale, innovative construction projects has made them a key player in the region’s growth and modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of foundation construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all foundation work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents on the construction site.
Qualifications
- Willing to relocate and work in a remote area. Preferably someone who’s worked in a remote area.
- At least 15 years of overall experience in large-scale projects such as dams, reservoirs, bridges, and tunnels.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
