Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Riyadh. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, utilizing civil engineering knowledge, negotiating project costs, and conducting research to support estimation processes.
Qualifications
- BOQ and Project Estimation skills
- Civil & Arch. Engineering knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Total experiance : max. 7 years. ( min. 3 years in Estimation).
