Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Engineering Office Employee with a strong background in road design, proficiency in Civil 3D, and expertise in Sub-assembly Composer to join our dynamic team. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, and contribute to infrastructure design projects, through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on large mixed-use development projects in coordination with stakeholders and permitting authorities, including roads, water supplies, sewer lines, telecom networks, Etc.
- Utilize Civil 3D and Sub-assembly Composer to create, analyze, and optimize road designs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
- Establish the methodology to ensure the production of complete and approved design, RFP and contract documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in road design, with a proven track record experience in a similar role ideally within one of the leading Infrastructure Companies.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Subassembly Composer.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and business intelligence skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English language.
Desirable:
- Experience of using ERP D 365 to fetch business information is an asset.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment is an asset.
