About the job
The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the asset management activities related to Civil, Track. The role holder will facilitate engineering activities across projects, thereby ensuring availability of required equipment, machinery, etc.
The role holder will also coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure facilitation. The role holder
operates as efficiently as possible meeting all station customer service, quality, financial and compliance requirements / targets, ensuring the Asset Management team works collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Department: Engineering & Projects.
Responsible for:
- Manages day to day asset management activities within the Engineering
Business Unit.
- Monitors and maintains operational effectiveness and control through ensuring effective project requirement documentation and knowledge.
- Facilitates the execution of project engineering activities through resource management.
- Ensures availability of machinery, equipment, parts, etc. for related activities
- Manages and reports asset breakdowns/issues and ensures resources are ready to be operated/resourced.
- Coordinates with internal & external stakeholders to ensure maintenance and readiness of assets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
- Years of experience: Minimum 3 Years of similar field.
- Experience on Track Projects & Maintenance and railway is must.
