We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, brand management, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the construction sector and its competitive landscape.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define target markets, positioning, and value propositions for company services/products.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Brand Management & Advertising:
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Oversee content creation for brochures, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Manage advertising campaigns (print, digital, and outdoor) to maximize brand awareness.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support:
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to attract contractors, developers, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Optimize and manage the company website, SEO, and PPC campaigns for lead conversion.
- Implement email marketing campaigns and CRM strategies to nurture leads.
- Track and analyze marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to engage industry professionals.
- Leverage paid social media and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads.
Public Relations & Events:
- Build relationships with industry influencers, media, and construction associations.
- Organize and manage trade shows, expos, networking events, and sponsorships.
- Develop PR strategies to promote brand reputation.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Work with external agencies, designers, and content creators to execute campaigns.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
- Negotiate contracts with media and advertising partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
