ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be integrated into the KSA Rail & Transit Division.
Main descriptions of the job vacancy:
- Lead the supervision and design team for major infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on railway maintenance facilities.
- Oversee the completion of a design-build transit project to ensure the successful delivery in terms of scope, quality, schedule, cost and safety.
- Provide technical expertise in the development of civil engineering designs and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage coordination and communication with various stakeholders, including local authorities and contractors, for project approvals and site management.
- Conduct safety and security certification oversight, ensuring all relevant standards and regulations are met during the project lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU
Apply if you have…
- MSc Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in major infrastructure projects. Preferably in the railway industry with emphasis on maintenance facilities as part of a supervision or design team.
- Work experience on at least one design-build transit project within the last 10 years.
- Work experience in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country.
- Background in handling BIM procedures and technologies.
- “Associate Engineer” level in Saudi Council of Engineers or similar professional registration in engineering.
- Excellent and fluent in managing the Windows and Office package software.
- Advanced level of English and Arabic.
- Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
- The ability to travel both in-kingdom and out-kingdom.
- Saudi national required.
Additional requirements:
- Minimum “Associate Engineer” level in Saudi Council of Engineers is a plus.
- IELTS Score of 5.5+ or equivalent would be a plus.
- The ability to travel both in-kingdom and out-Kingdom is a plus.
