Location – KSA
Skills required:
- Experience in facade finishing works
- Experience in the fit-out works
- Establish a baseline with QTY, cost and manpower loading using resource assignment method
- Ability to generate Qty KPIs and manpower histogram and s-curve from P6
- Ability to generate cashflow curves from s-curves
- Understanding of the contract procedure related to time claims
- Ability to prepare EOT using window analysis method
- Ability to generate monthly, weekly reports including all KPIs and curves
