Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh for a Tender Engineer at Rowad Modern Engineering. The Tender Engineer will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing estimates, analyzing technical specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the bidding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including suppliers and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence and innovation in the construction field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive bid proposals.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide technical and cost-related support during tender processes.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and pricing.
