Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans that align with project requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality standards
- Identify defects and non-conformance, proposing effective corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold quality processes
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including reports, records, and checklists
- Monitor quality performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and innovations in quality assurance practices
Requirements
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
Proven experience of 10 years or more in quality engineering within roads
In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
