Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical systems into the overall project design.
- Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. And Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and design standards.
- 5 to 10 years of Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or similar mechanical systems in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, energy-efficient technologies, and relevant industry codes and regulations.
