Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fit-Out Manager in coordinating and overseeing the fit-out process, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications,
- schedules and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of fit-out components.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of fit-out work, including finishes, installations, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of Experience in managing fit-out projects, particularly in commercial or high-end residential settings.
- Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
