Salary: 40-45k SAR / Month + Accommodation + Transport + Bonus
Reporting to: Director of Digital Systems
Reports: Senior Managers of BIM & GIS
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Company: An Engineering Consultancy
Project: A Large-Scale Development
Start date: Q1 / Q2
Requirements:
-15yrs+ experience (5yrs leading digital teams)
-Bachelor’s degree 📜 (AEC, Civil Eng, Architecture or Similar)
-Experience in Design and Construction of Buildings / Complexes
-Experience working in an Engineering Consultancy or Property Developer
-Experience working on GCC projects
Responsibilities:
-Leading a multidisciplinary team in Digital Operations (In and outside of Kingdom) through the whole project lifecycle
-Collaborate with other departments and other stakeholders
-Help optimise operational efficiency (project delivery, data analytics & communications)
-Set digital project KPI’s
-Following the EIR’s
-Project Execution
-Managing CDE
