Job Discretion:
- Test Fit Analysis
- Conduct test fits for potential projects, evaluating site feasibility and design possibilities.
- Develop initial space planning layouts and concepts that align with project goals.
- Pre-Concept Design Development.
- Review and refine pre-concept designs to ensure they meet the project’s objectives and standards.
- Provide innovative design solutions and creative input during the early stages of development.
- Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements, area programs, and budgets.
- Translate development objectives into functional and visually appealing architectural designs.
- Support coordination with related departments such as engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure that all designs and plans comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture

0 – 1 year
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
