- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate planning efforts across departments.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and forecasts for senior management and clients.
- Implement best practices in planning and scheduling to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience +10 years in project planning within construction or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
