Job Title: BIM Modeller – Civil/Structural
Location: NEOM Project, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: BIM Manager
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – Civil/Structural to join our team for the prestigious NEOM project. This role is critical in developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to ensure project efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with NEOM standards.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models for civil and structural components to meet project specifications and NEOM requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment with design objectives.
Generate precise 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models for review and approvals.
Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project teams in interpreting BIM data for effective decision-making.
Comply with BIM standards, workflows, and protocols defined by NEOM and project teams.
Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and best practices to team members.
QualificationsEducational Background
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller specializing in civil and structural disciplines.
- Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects; NEOM or similar mega-project experience is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Solid knowledge of BIM standards, such as ISO 19650 or similar frameworks.
- Experience in clash detection and resolution using coordination tools.
