Job Description
- 4 hrs job per day for a house under finishing stage. I need someone who knows how to coordinate activities with contractors; Gypsum, Wood work, Plumbing, Flooring,….Also, he/she has sense of chosing materials abd matching colors. My house is new classic
- You will collaborate with architects, interior design, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans for my house;
- Utilize your expertise in overseeing quality control measures
- Your responsibility will entail consistent monitoring and control of construction progress to swiftly identify and tackle any issues, ultimately enhancing project efficiency.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction certificates and available contractors and suppliers
