Job Summary:
As a Tendering & Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that align with client requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret tender documents, RFPs, RFIs, and other client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive bid plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical, financial, and operational inputs.
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate and lead bid review meetings to ensure alignment and completeness of submissions.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Conduct post-bid evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to enhance bid strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Etimad platform proficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of bid/tender processes and procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other proposal management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
