Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Recruitment, along with background in construction Industry
- Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience screening resumes, collaborate on selections and building strong pipelines
- Efficient in tracking metrics, and report on performance
- Hands-on experience in Leading and managing the full recruitment cycle for various construction related roles
Nice to Have:
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant field.
