Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review engineering designs, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations while incorporating innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop integrated project plans that meet client specifications and budget constraints.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including reports, drawings, and change orders, to maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring materials and workmanship meet established quality standards and project timelines.
- Utilize advanced software tools for modeling and simulation to predict project outcomes and enhance decision-making processes.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues during the project’s lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong emphasis on structural and geotechnical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethical practices.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in urban infrastructure or commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international projects and diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions based on engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and construction safety standards.
