- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test plans, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews, delivering clear presentations to stakeholders on electrical design concepts and solutions.
- Participate in field tests and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to design specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of electrical principles and design.
- Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or PSpice, demonstrating technical capability in creating and analyzing designs.
- Experience with power distribution systems, control systems, and renewable energy technologies, reflecting versatility and industry knowledge.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion while managing budgets and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of identifying potential issues and developing practical solutions efficiently.
