Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as Project Manager for one or more elements around PMO Program and Project Management business. This includes Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and Change Management
- Leads, directs, influences and exercises extensive technical knowledge and expertise to evaluate and resolve significant issues pertinent for key project(s) or program(s)
- Exercises extensive knowledge of programs and business processes to negotiate and establish achievable cost and schedule parameters of assigned projects
- Leads teams and matrix reports to manage day-to-day projects requirements
- Organize the project resource and tasks including Contractors, vendors and third parties. This includes defining, allocating and managing effective project tasks and resources.
- Manage and Control Project Cost. This includes developing full scale project plans; managing project budget; Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs; ability to put together a project budget; managing how the fund is spent and controlling costs; ensure processing the invoices on time after ensuring receiving the project deliverable; and performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage and Control Project Schedule. This includes developing full scale project plans; planning and scheduling project timelines; implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs; measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; and reporting and escalating to management as needed.
- Monitor and control Safety & Quality. This includes ensuring Safety compliance; developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plans; confirming Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans; ensuring functionality and implementation of QA/AC and HSE plans; and resolving any non-Conformity aspects.
- Ability to Report and analyze. This includes project evaluations and assessment of results; using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs; presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions; and providing alternative to keep project under control from all aspects (Budget, Schedule, Quality)
- Project Handover. This includes facilitating the process of project turnover such as conducting walkthrough and manage all exception items; creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools; and providing a clear and complete handover to project end users.
Education and Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- Successfully led numerous digital projects such as Digital Integration, IoT, PI Historian implementation, Data Centers Monitoring, etc.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills, including being able to give formal presentations to different audiences.
- The ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Project Management and Construction Management projects
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in complex engineering and/or program management processes, principles, and architecture with progressive history of responsibility.
- Expertise in integrating multiple, complex business and technical/engineering processes. Ability to interpret, negotiate and capture customer requirements.
Experience
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline.
- Project Management Professional PMP certified, PgMP certification preferred.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in digital & IT technologies, of which at least ten (10) years shall be specialized in digital technology projects management.
