Main Responsibilities In Contract Management
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

- Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

- Drafting contract and responsible of contracts renewals.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries on contractual matters for senior management.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts, ensuring that financial goals are met while adhering to contractual agreements.
- Analyze contract pricing structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Essential Requirements And Qualifications For a Contract Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and procurement procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
