Functional Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from conception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
- Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity and safety.
- Maintain files, records, and documents using applicable software systems and procedures.
- Assist with training staff on the use of various software programs.
- Procure goods and services, including vendors and consultants.
- Develop project standards and templates.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
