Project Manager (Architecture) Opportunities for NEOM The Line, KSA
Westlakes Recruit is seeking a Project Manager (Architecture) to support the NEOM The Line project on a permanent basis in KSA. This role offers the chance to lead high-profile, complex projects in a revolutionary development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage Design Consultants to ensure successful delivery of design packages within the NEOM project.
– Oversee the design management reporting, schedule, and deliverables.
– Manage cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment with ED functions and timely procurement of design packages.
– Handle risk management, design deliverables, safety, sustainability, and requirements management.
– Ensure digital requirements are aligned with the P6 schedule to keep the program on track.
– Proactively remove blockers and risks that could delay the project and ensure smooth delivery of the package.

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum of 20 years of experience managing high-rise and complex projects in the public or private sector.
– Membership with APM/PMI and Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status is desirable. Experience with ITIL, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
– Engineering, Computer Science, or Architecture-related degree with relevant technical experience.
– Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, planning, and risk management.
Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
