Job Description
Quality Assurance:Develop and implement QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures across all projects.Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to address potential non-conformities.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management and clients.Ensure all project quality records are maintained and accessible for future reference.Collaboration and Communication:Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns.Facilitate quality-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops.Work closely with procurement teams to ensure the quality of materials and equipment aligns with project requirements.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and Pico Play’s quality standards.Stay updated on changes in standards, codes, and practices applicable to themed attraction projects.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position.Experience in themed attractions, large-scale construction, or entertainment projects is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of QAQC processes, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using QAQC tools and software.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
